Check-in was quick, which I appreciated after a long drive. The bed was really comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. I had a mini fridge in the room, but there were crumbs from the last guest that made me question the cleanliness. The air vents had thick dust, triggering my allergies when I entered. The bathroom needed attention, as there were burn marks in the sink and several cracked ceiling panels. On a positive note, the blackout curtains worked well, keeping the room dark in the morning. Service-wise, Kavita was super helpful, quickly resolving issues like the TV remote and getting us extra towels. However, encountering a hostile attitude during my internet connection issue wasn't pleasant. Hearing trains and sirens late at night affected my rest. For the price, the room could use some serious TLC to improve the overall experience.

Too much noise from trains and police sirens at night!!! A detailed cleaning of the common areas is needed, especially since the lobby smelled overwhelmingly of smoke!!!

I stayed in the Economy Double Room for one night. It had everything I wanted, fridge, microwave, flat-screen TV, and comfy bed. Plus, it was clean and tidy with nice toiletries. Kavita helped us with the remote and other stuff. Good prices for all these perks!

Solo traveler, decent stay overall

The place is family run, really nice people there! They took good care of me and made sure I had everything I needed, even gave me a decent rate for the night.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but it was okay for the price they asked.
